At 21st Century Goods we honor all of our product manufactures warranties from the date of purchase. If a product is defective we will repair or replace it. To return a defective product for replacement or a non-defective product for a refund you must request a return authorization. No product will be accepted nor should it be returned without a return authorization number from 21st Century Goods. Refunds will be issued only on new undamaged products in the original box and with all packing materials and accessories provided by the manufacturer. (instructions, manuals, inserts, etc.) 100% complete. All returns must be sent back within the first 30 days following the purchase date. A 15% restocking charge is applied to all open non-defective electronic products. 21st Century Goods refunds are based on the original purchase price of the product, shipping charges are not refunded. The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. Our technicians test and inspect all undamaged product returns. 21st Century Goods reserves the right to refuse products returned with obvious damage or visible wear and tear or missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories. At 21st Century Goods we only sell new products. We do not sell used or refurbished units. |
