The GMT SL9100MRC Solar Powered Lantern is a durable high quality advanced Solar Lantern that can be turned on with a remote control at a distance of over 50 feet.  It also has a motion sensing setting to turn this Solar Lantern on automatically when it is dark.  It's light source is a high effeciency 9 watt flourscent tube that is replaceable.  The internal rechargeable battery stores 4 amps of Power at 6 volts and is replaceable so when the battery eventual dies, as all batteries do, you can replace it instead of the whole solar lantern.

The SL9100MRC has an attached 2.6 watt Solar Panel that can be directed towards the sun for maximum charging.  You can also charge the battery with the included automobile cigarette lighter adaptor or the UL listed AC house adaptor which are both stored in the back of the unit.  This solar lantern also has a built-in auto on emergency feature.  Leave the Solar Lantern charging with it's AC adapter and if there is a power failure, the Lantern will automatically turn on.
