Coax video F connector for flat video coax cable This screw on type of connector is easy to install on our Flat Coax video Cable. There are illustrated instructions included with each connector. Installation only requires a small screw driver, pliers and a knife or wire stripper. Place the cone shaped strain relief over the cable. Strip the black jacket 3/4". Fold the braid back over the black jacket exposing the white inner conductor. Strip the white conductor 1/2" Wrap the bare copper wire around the screw and tighten. With the braid folded over the black wire, fold the two metal tabs around the wire and braid and crimp with pliers. Insert the connector into the black housing and snap shut. The black cone is then placed over the round part at the bottom of the housing.
