Customer Service Is Important to Us!
Merchandise sent back without a RMA or returned past 10 days of when the RMA was issued will not receive a refund. No products will be accepted without a RMA from 21st Century Goods. If products are returned without an RMA we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of item or ship it back to you at your expense. If products are returned that have been opened or used, buyer will have the option of having the products returned to them at their expense and no refund will be issued.
International orders, and orders over $750, are only guaranteed by the Manufacturer's Warranty and not under our Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy.
If your product arrives defective please contact us and we will ensure the situation is handled quickly. We will issue you an RMA number to return your product. When the product is returned you will receive a replacement or a full refund. Our technicians test and inspect all product returns. If the item is found not to be defective, the regular return policy guidelines apply.
If your product becomes defective within the manufacturers warranty period you will need to contact the manufacturer for customer service. If you have trouble locating a manufacturer, please email us at info@21st-century-goods.com so that we can pass on the manufacturers' contact information onto you.
21st Century Goods sells only new products. We do not sell used or refurbished units unless specifically stated in the product description.
