Tax will only be calcuated and charged if you are located in the state of Utah
You can order online or by phone at 866-999-8422. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. PayPal payments can only be made online. We need you email address to send you your invoice and shipment tracking information. We do not sell your email address. You may call us to place your order if you do not want to give us your email address. After you have placed your order online your invoice will be emailed to you.
UPS Shipping
UPS offers ground and air shipping options. You can choose your different shipping options at checkout. Your package tracking information will be sent to you by email if provided after we ship your package.
UPS Ground shipments are delivered in 1 - 5 day based on distance to destination from Utah.
UPS delivers Monday - Friday. UPS does not normally deliver on Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays. These days are not part of the UPS Air delievery timeline. For instance if a package is shipped UPS Air 2 day shipping on a thursday, it will not arrive till Monday. Tuesday if Monday is a legal Holiday
United States Postal Service - USPS
We offer US Postal Service Priority mail shipments within the United States. Delivery time depends on your distance from Utah but is usually withing 2-4 days within the United States. Your package tracking information will be sent to you by email if provided after we ship your package.
US Postal Service options for shipments outside the US are Priority Mail International and US Postal Express Mail International.
Priority Mail International delivery time is usually within 6-10 days. Priority Mail International provides Tracking service to major destinations in Asia, Canada, and Europe but does not provide insurance. Your package tracking information will be sent to you by email if provided after we ship your package. When you have your tracking information you can track your package online or by calling USPS at 1 800 222 1811.
Express Mail International delivery time is usually within 6-10 days. Express Mail International provides Tracking service to major destinations in Asia, Canada, and Europe and automatically provides $100 of insurance. Your package tracking information will be sent to you by email if provided after we ship your package. When you have your tracking information you can track your package online or by calling USPS at 1 800 222 1811.
Order Cancellation - Incorrect Shipping Address - Refused Shipments
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped we will cancel your order free of charge. If your order has already been shipped via USPS, we must wait until delivery is attempted at which point you should refuse the shipment. please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order has already been shipped via UPS, we can contact the carrier while your package is in route to cancel the order - please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional charges will incur for rerouting the shipment back to us as well as restocking fees.
If you mistakenly provided us with an incorrect or insufficient address please contact us immediately with the corrected information. If your order has not yet shipped, we will correct it immediately with no extra fees. If your order has already been shipped via USPS, we must wait until delivery is attempted and then returned back to us before we can change the address or provide you with a refund - please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges will be charged for reshipment. If your order has already been shipped via UPS, we can contact the carrier while your package is in route to correct or change the address - please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional charges will incur for rerouting.
When a shipment is refused and shipped back to us, customers will be responsible for the original shipping charges and restocking fees.
Free Shipping
Shipments with free shipping will be placed with the carrier and type of shipping 21st-century-goods chooses. Generally ground shipping. Free shipping is only applicable to the Lower 48 states within the United States. If a item is returned non defective when sent with free shipping the customer will be charged for shipping costs.
International Shipments
The customer is responsible for any extra charges applied to your shipment via your local government or the shipper you select. We are not responsible for customs, tariffs, or tax charges. If we are charged for Tarfiffs or Duties we will pass that charge along to you.
International Shipping - Duties and Fees
Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. As a business we must match the purchase price with the commerical invoice. We are not able to mark items as "gift".
Shipping - Transit & Insurance
Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, 21st-Century-Goods in longer liable for the package and the package then becomes that carrier's responsibility. All orders shipped via UPS automatically include up to $100 insurance. If you would like to include additional insurance or insurance on a USPS order, please contact us directly. If USPS shipments are lost upon deleiver you will need to contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number. If UPS shipments are lost please contact us so that we may make a claim with UPS.
