Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within the same or next business day.

Your Package Is Important to Us!

If you are interested in calculating shipping costs simply add the item(s) to "the shopping cart". You will be taken to "the shopping cart" where you are able to click on the "Estimate shipping and Tax" button to see all available shipping options to your address. This includes international addresses. Tax will only be calculated and charged if you are located in the state of Utah.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. PayPal payments can only be made online. Supply your email address with your order, and we will send your invoice and shipment-tracking information via email. 21st Century Goods cares about your privacy and security. We do not sell your email address. If you prefer, call one of our trained customer service representatives to place your order. It is really is that easy!

UPS Shipping

UPS offers two shipping options.
  1. Air-shipping - delivered in 1 to 3 business-days
  2. Ground-shipping - delivered in 1 to 5 business-days

When you go to "checkout", choose your shipping option. Your package tracking information will be sent directly to your email after we ship your package. Both UPS ground and air-shipping options are delivered Monday through Friday. UPS does not normally deliver on Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays, and are not part of the UPS Air delivery timeline.

FYI… For UPS ground-shipments please refer to the map to calculate shipping days based on business days.

FYI…For UPS air-shipments, if a package is shipped UPS Air 2-day shipping on a Thursday your package will not arrive until Monday of the following week. If Monday is a legal Holiday, the delivery day will be Tuesday.

United States Postal Service - USPS

We offer US Postal Service Priority mail and First Class shipments within the United States. Delivery is usually within 2-4 days within the United States. Your package tracking information will be sent to you via email after we ship your package.

We offer 2 US Postal Service options for shipments outside the US.
  • Priority Mail International
  • Delivery time is usually within 6-10 days. Priority Mail International provides a tracking service to major destinations in Asia, Canada, and Europe. Priority Mail International does not provide insurance. Your package tracking information will be sent to you via email after we ship your package. When you receive your tracking information you are able to track your package online or by calling USPS at 1-800-222-1811.
  • Express Mail International
  • Delivery time is usually within 6-10 days. Express Mail International provides tracking service to major destinations in Asia, Canada, and Europe and automatically provides $100 of insurance. Your package tracking information will be sent to you via email after we ship your package. When you have your tracking information you can track your package online or by calling USPS at 1-800-222-1811.

Order Cancellation - Incorrect Shipping Address - Refused Shipments

Order Cancellation
If a situation arises and you need to cancel an order…that's no problem. To cancel your order(s) please contact one of our courteous customer service representatives immediately.

  • If your order has not shipped, we will cancel your order free of charge.
  • If your order has already shipped via USPS, we must wait until delivery is attempted. At that point you simply need to refuse the shipment.
  • If your order has already shipped via UPS, we can contact the carrier while your package is in route to cancel the order.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the case of UPS, original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional charges will incur for rerouting the shipment back to us as well as restocking fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you encounter that the shipping address is incorrect please contact us immediately with the corrected information. If your order has not yet shipped, we will correct it immediately with no extra fees.

If your order has already been shipped via USPS, we must:

Wait until delivery is attempted then returned back to us before we can change the address or provide you with a refund - original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges will be charged for reshipment.

If your order has already been shipped via UPS, we are able to: Contact the carrier while your package is in route to correct or change the address - original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional charges will incur for rerouting.

Refused Shipments
If your shipment is refused and shipped back to us, customers are responsible for the original shipping charges and restocking fees.

Free Shipping


Shipments with free-shipping are placed with the carrier and the type of shipping used is determined by 21st-Century-Goods, usually that form of shipping is via "ground". Free shipping is only applicable to the Lower-48 states within the United States. If an item is returned non-defective when sent with free-shipping the customer will be charged for shipping costs.

International Shipments

The customer is responsible for any extra charges applied to your shipment via your local government or the shipper you select. We are not responsible for:

  • Tariffs
  • Customs
  • Tax charges

If we are charged for Tariffs or Duties, we will pass that charge along to you.

International Shipping - Duties and Fees
Customers are responsible for all international custom, duty, brokerage and any another international shipment fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. 21st Century Goods must match the purchase price with the commercial invoice. We are not able to mark items as "gift".

Shipping - Transit & Insurance


Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, 21st-Century-Goods is no longer liable for the package. The package then becomes the carrier's responsibility. All orders shipped via UPS automatically include up to $100 insurance. Want to include additional insurance or insurance on a USPS order? Please contact us directly.

Lost Shipments?

  • If USPS shipments are lost upon delivery you will need to contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number.
  • If UPS shipments are lost please contact us so that we may make a claim with UPS.
