The two rechargeable batteries provide the equivalent of hundreds of non-rechargeable batteries (save as much as $4000 worth of non-rechargeable batteries). The 2 LFP Peak rechargeable batteries provide more energy than other brands.

The Tenergy fast charger, is usable worldwide. This universal charger operates on 115 to 240 VAC. The advanced fast charger will recharge 1 or 2 batteries. It also comes standard with a cigarette lighter adapter for car charging the CR123A batteries.

The Tenergy Recharger use lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries that are intended for use with digital cameras, CD players, power toys, PDAs and game players.
